Use the form below to submit an intent to enter Spring Thing 2025 in the Main Festival or Back Garden. We ask that authors only submit an intent to enter one game per year.
Spring Thing especially welcomes diverse voices and populations traditionally underrepresented in gaming, including women, people of color, queer and LGBT+ folks, and blind, neuro-diverse, or disabled creators. Authors from all walks of life should feel encouraged to submit.
You must submit an intent to enter by end of day March 1st, 2025 to be part of the year's festival, and your final game must be submitted to the organizer by end of day March 30th, 2025 in your local time zone.
If you do not have a tentative title and a one-sentence description for your game yet, you are not ready to submit an intent to enter. It's okay for your concept, title and description to change or even evolve into something totally different after you submit your intent to enter, but please avoid submitting “placeholder” intents.
Your entry must be your own original content, and not contain any copyrighted material (words, images, sounds etc) you don't have the rights to. You may not base an entry on someone else's intellectual property without permission, unless you believe your project will be covered under fair use.
Note: the below information is seen only by the festival organizer. You'll be contacted closer to the final deadline with instructions for submitting your game and its public listing details.
