You have travelled a long way to get back home, now all that remains is to board the rusty old funiculare past the Misty Hills, and hope for the best.
A little money, some chunky canned tuna and an old blade are the only things in your leather bag, simptoms of a rather long and treacherous journey through the Archipelago. You only victory was acquiring a couple of novelty dice, snuggly kept in their custom belt pouch.
Descending the tired old steps to the base of the hill, you just miss the tram as the familiar shadowy shape disappears upwards into the mists.
An Ancient Operator walks up to you. "Half an hour until the next one, sorry." he whispers through his sore throat. "There is some tea over by the abandoned well if you are interested. Take your time, tram's not going anywhere". He trods back to the chugging machinery that powers the tram.

No more pain, no more suffering.
No more lying awake because of coin. Because of love. Because of simply existing. That is too tiresome, isnt't it? Let it all out, lay yourself out to the forest.
No choices left, only unity. Peace.

For a moment the traveller would be jealous of the statue's gentle visage, the purest and most sincere smile. He would think it painfully reminded him of the smile he saw in his dreams, where he saw himself in the way he desired the most.
